CAMPER AGES: 3rd-7th Graders
TYPE OF CAMP: Day Camp.
CAMPER GENDER(S): Coed Campers.
BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: This 5 day camp is focused on training basketball skills & having fun in a positive environment. Each day your child will get fundamental training along with fun competitions. In addition to skills training, each session will have a "word" of the day geared toward life and leadership skills we will integrate into our teaching.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Henderson Basketball Training is led by Duez Henderson. Duez has a history of high level, competitive basketball. As a player for the Iowa Hawkeyes from 1998-2002, he was a two-year starter and team captain. As a freshman, the Hawkeyes advanced to the Sweet Sixteen where they were beaten by eventual NCAA Champion, University of Connecticut. As a junior, Duez helped Iowa to a 23-12 overall record and the 2001 Big Ten Tournament Championship. The Hawkeyes received an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament and eventually lost to Kentucky in the second round. Following an outstanding college career, Duez played professionally in Germany for six years. As a professional player in Germany, he led the league in scoring and rebounding four times. During his final year in Germany, Duez served as head coach for Basketball Club USC Leipzig.
Duez has a passion for helping athletes become the best leaders and basketball players possible.
